The following documentation is required in order to process rental requests

C.O.D. Customers

To rent you must present:

• a valid ID (un-expired ) and
• a valid credit card (un-expired)

(Name on the ID and credit card must match the name of renter who will sign the rental contract)

Acceptable ID’s are:

•  Driver License, Alien Card, US Passport,

Additional documents that may be requested are:

• Proof of residence address
• Certificate of Liability and Theft Insurance (on some equipment)
• Certificate of operator (on some equipment)

OPEN ACCOUNT Customers

To rent, you may be requested to present the following, if not already on file

• Certificate of Insurance for Liability and Theft (on some equipment)
• Certificate of operator or signed Addendum to Rental Contract (on some equipment)
