Most of the repairs are done in-house, by our own qualified mechanics, who have a wealth of experience in this field, and who are always up-to-date with the new technologies, as they attend, regularly, various training seminars under the company’s continuous training program, or as required by the mandates issued by the manufacturers we represent. As a result, repair turn-around time and quality work is always kept at the highest desirable level possible-something that benefits both our customers and our company.

GT Rentals also provides the convenience of an on-site (on the field) repair service, to the extent permitted by the scope of work, safety, and overall working conditions of the jobsite. GT Rentals reserves the right to provide such on-site repair service through a third party provider, if that becomes necessary. The on-site repair service is usually provided at a higher rate than that of an in-house repair service. We recommend that before you place your order for such service, you contact our service department and acquire the applicable pricing information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

For small power tools there is a $26.00 estimate fee which must be paid upfront. (If customer goes ahead with the repair, this amount is then deducted from the cost of the repair. If customer does not go ahead with the repair, the $26.00 estimate fee is not refundable).

For larger machines, the estimate fee is minimum $50.00.
(If customer goes ahead with the repair, this amount is then deducted from the cost of the repair. If customer does not go ahead with the repair, the $50.00 estimate fee is not refundable).

IMPORTANT REPAIR POLICY: ALL UN-REPAIRED EQUIPMENT OR TOOLS ARE RETURNED DISASSEMBLED.

Details: If a customer, after he receives an estimate, decides not to go through with the repair the equipment or tool would be returned unassembled. In the event a customer requests to have the equipment or tool returned assembled, in the same condition as it came in, an additional fee would be applied at the rate of $66 per hour.

In no event will GT Rentals be liable to any customer or user, for any damages, accidents, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the improperly conditioned (un-repaired) equipment or tool.

GT Rentals strongly recommends that no unconditioned (un-repaired) equipment or tools be used unless they are fully conditioned (repaired) and tested by a qualified mechanic first.
